New date for publication of Crunchfish’s interim report for the third quarter 2021
Following the announcement of the rights issue of shares and warrants in Crunchfish AB, the Board of Directors of Crunchfish has decided to postpone the disclosure of the interim report for the third quarter 2021. New publication date is November 30, 2021.
Crunchfish has, subject to approval by the Extraordinary General Meeting on September 16, 2021, resolved to carry out a rights issue of shares and warrants, with a subscription period between October 11-25, 2021. Hence, the Board of Directors has decided to postpone the disclosure of the interim report for the third quarter 2021 to November 30, 2021.
