Crunchfish announces the last day of trading in BTU

Crunchfish AB (“Crunchfish” or the “Company”) announces that the rights issue of units that was announced on September 20th, 2024 (the “Rights Issue”) has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket) and paid subscribed units (Sw. betalda tecknade units, “BTU”) will thus be replaced with ordinary shares and warrants of series TO 10 and TO 11. The last day of trading in BTU is December 10th, 2024 and new shares and warrants are expected to be booked into the respective custody/VP account on December 16, 2024. The record date for the conversion from BTU to shares and warrants with Euroclear is December 12th, 2024.

The last day of trading in BTU is Tuesday, December 10th, 2024. The new shares and warrants are expected to be booked into the respective custody/VP account on Monday, December 16th, 2024.
